1. Order Information

Once an order is placed, it will enter the processing stage. If any changes or cancellation requests are needed, please contact us as soon as possible before processing begins so we can assist accordingly.

2. Delivery Information

After processing is completed, the order will be arranged for dispatch. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 11 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on different circumstances.

3. Product Information

All product details are based on the information shown on the page. Minor differences in color, texture, or material appearance may occur, which is normal and does not affect product function.

4. Payment Information

We accept Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and VISA for order settlement. Once payment is completed, the order will proceed to the next processing stage.

5. Return and Exchange Information

Requests for return or exchange may be submitted within 45 days after delivery if eligible conditions are met. Order details and supporting information are required for review and processing.

6. Refund Information

If approved, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days and returned to the original settlement method used during the transaction.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and complete to support smooth order processing and service delivery.
