Inspection & Resolution
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected promptly.
If the issue is confirmed, we will proceed with one of the following:

Shipping Fees
- Product-related issues (defects, quality problems, odor, color differences, or incorrect items): return shipping is covered by us
- No-reason returns: return shipping costs are borne by the customer
