• The order contains incorrect information and has not been processed
• Other reasonable cancellation requests submitted before processing begins

Once an order has entered processing or shipment stages, cancellation may no longer be possible.

• Our support team will review the request and notify you of the result as soon as possible after verification. If approved, the refund process will be arranged accordingly

3. Refund Information

Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, such as bank card, Visa card, or MasterCard.
