- Contact us via email or phone to submit your request, and provide your order number, payment proof, reason for return or exchange, and relevant photos or videos

- You need to send the product back to the provided address and wait for us to receive it
- After receiving the product, we will inspect it. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a refund or ship a replacement within 2-3 business days
Refund Information
After the return is confirmed, we will process the refund within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method such as bank card, Visa, or MasterCard. If the refund is not completed within this period, please contact us for assistance.
Fee Rules
- If the return or exchange is due to product issues such as appearance defects, quality problems, odor, significant color differences, or incorrect items, the shipping cost will be covered by us
- If the return or exchange is requested without a specific reason, the shipping cost will be borne by you
